Developing Story: City Council votes 4-1 to approve new public comment resolution
Apopka Mayor Bryan Nelson, Commissioners Nadia Anderson, Alexander Smith, and Diane Velazquez voted in favor of the resolution. Commissioner Nick Nesta voted against, preferring Resolution 2016-16, which allowed four minutes per speaker and no limitation on the amount of time/speakers.
