The event, presented by Dghost Ent as part of its DGE collection, runs from 4 to 10 pm at the Apopka Amphitheater, located at 3710 Jason Dwelley Parkway. Organizers say the festival is an outdoor, laid-back evening centered on music, food, and social atmosphere, with an age recommendation of 25 and up.

Attendees can expect a soundtrack built around R&B hits from the 1990s and early 2000s, curated by a lineup of DJs and hosts. In addition to live music, the event will feature food vendors, full bars, and on-site entertainment throughout the evening.

Guests are encouraged to bring blankets, lawn chairs, and small umbrellas to enjoy the outdoor setting. However, tents, coolers, and outside food or beverages are not permitted. Organizers note that free parking will be available on site.

The event was originally scheduled for an earlier date but was moved due to a scheduling conflict with the City of Apopka. All previously purchased tickets will be honored for the new date of January 31.

Tickets are available through Eventbrite, and organizers say vendors may also arrange payment directly to reduce fees.
