August 6th is deadline for FDOH immunizations in Orange County

This Saturday, August 6th, is the last day of the Florida Department of Health in Orange County’s FREE school immunizations EVENT for Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) children entering kindergarten and students needing their required 7^th Grade Tetanus-Diphtheria-Pertussis immunization (TDAP).

Held at the OCPS Academic Center for Excellence (ACE), 701 W Livingston St., Orlando, FL 32805, this event will run 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. No appointment is needed but a parent/guardian with a valid ID is required to accompany their child along with their completed consent forms. The Vaccine and TDAP consent forms can be found on the OCPS website: https://www.ocps.net/.

• Bring your child’s most recent shot record
• Bring child’s birth certificate, passport, or other government issued ID
• Parent/guardian must bring their ID and attend event with child  
• Parent/guardian consent is required  
• Bring your own water and snacks
• No appointment needed
• No College vaccines
• No cost
