Adopt-A-Tree (In Person)
Orange County residents may receive up to two free trees per household at Dr. P. Phillips Community Park, 8249 Buenavista Woods Blvd., Orlando, FL 32836. Trees must be planted on private property, and proof of residency (driver’s license, utility bill, or photo ID) is required. Tree varieties appropriate for Zone 10A will be available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. The event helps expand the local tree canopy.

4-H Cloverbud Summer Camp Days (In Person)
Orange County 4-H will offer two one-day Cloverbud Summer Camp experiences for youth ages 5–7 (as of 9/1/25). Each camp includes four hours of hands-on learning, outdoor exploration, arts and crafts, music and movement, and a healthy snack led by UF/IFAS Extension faculty and staff. Space is limited.

Orange County 4-H will offer two week-long summer day camps for youth ages 8–12 (as of 9/1/25). Camps feature interactive, hands-on activities such as science experiments, outdoor exploration, gardening, and creative food projects, led by UF/IFAS Extension faculty and program volunteers, along with a healthy snack. Space is limited.

May “Pop Up” Plant Clinics (In Person)
Master Gardener Volunteers will host “Pop Up” Plant Clinics at Chickasaw, South Creek, and West Oaks Branches within the Orange County Library System this month!. Residents may stop by with plant questions and receive research-based gardening guidance.
