From the City of Apopka
It is with great sadness to announce the death of our City Administrator, Edward Bass. Edward served The City of Apopka well for over seventeen years. A life wonderfully lived deserves to be wonderfully remembered. Edward will be sorely missed.
Edward was the consummate gentleman that mastered the diplomatic art of disagreeing without being disagreeable.
