Join us on May 9, 2026 from 9 AM to 11 AM for Personal Safety Day in the Park at Kit Land Nelson Park. This is a 90-minute self defense class for those 16 years and older.
Participants should expect a rigorous, full-body training experience that includes both strength and cardiovascular conditioning. The class will incorporate high-intensity workouts, as well as instruction in basic self-defense techniques, strikes, and situational awareness skills designed to enhance personal safety and preparedness.
All instructors are agency-approved defensive tactics officers who bring a diverse range of martial arts experience and specialized training. Their backgrounds provide participants with practical, real-world instruction focused on effective and applicable defensive techniques.
