The holiday season is right around the corner and the Orange County Clerk of Courts can help you get ready for that holiday trip abroad.
The Clerk’s office is hosting another Passport Week to make the application process more convenient. You may even be able to apply for a passport without having to take additional time off of work or school.
The Clerk's office last held a Passport Week in April and it was a great success. A total of 1,737 passport applications were processed that week. Of those applications, 245 were processed specifically during the extended hours.
The Apopka branch location processed a total of 321 passport applications. And of those applications, 83 were processed specifically on Saturday, April 23rd.
Throughout the October Passport Week (10/17 to 10/22), the Clerk's passport division in the Orange County Courthouse will stay open an extra hour and a half until 5:30 pm to allow customers to apply for a passport after hours. In addition, passport services will be available to customers at our following branch locations on Saturday, October 22, 2016 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Proof of citizenship and proof of identity is required when applying for a passport.

If you qualify, complete form DS-82 and return to the address listed on the form. The Clerk’s Office does not need to process passport renewals, however they are available to assist in completing the form.
