The Orange County Library System has launched an online survey to gather community input as it develops a master plan for future library growth and improvements. Your Orange County Library System (OCLS) wants to hear from you! A community feedback survey is available online now through April 30 at ocls.org/masterplansurvey.

This survey is the first step in developing a master plan to ensure all Orange County libraries are inviting, accessible, attractive, and comfortable spaces where everyone can belong and thrive. This plan will guide the library’s improvements and expansions over the next 10-20 years and will prioritize future investments.

“Orange County is growing fast, and a well-thought-out master plan will help us create a future for our library spaces that meet community needs and interests,” said Library Director and CEO Steve Powell. “Ideas and feedback from current and potential library users are essential to shape and grow our spaces and offerings effectively.”

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete, asks about community needs and library and technology usage, and ensures that communities throughout the county are represented.
