This achievement is especially meaningful given the high level of competition. Unlike several entries produced by outside production companies, OCCD’s winning video was created in-house by the talented team at Orange TV, in collaboration with OCCD staff. Their creativity, professionalism, and commitment were instrumental in bringing this project to life.

“We are incredibly honored to receive this award recognizing our innovative approach to recruitment,” said Orange County Chief of Corrections Louis A. Quiñones, Jr. “Our goal was to showcase how Orange County Corrections presents unique opportunities for individuals to step into something bigger, and this video perfectly captured that spirit.”
