Orange County Clerk of Courts Tiffany Moore Russell invites you to a free legal forum called Legal Matters Forum Series – Probate: Wills, Trusts, & Estate Planning.

At some point in our lives, we have had to endure the unexpected loss of a loved one, and with that comes the business of settling their end-of-life affairs. Whether through natural progression or a medical emergency – death is never easy, and the probate process can be challenging to navigate, especially if advance directions are not clarified.

The webinar will include important information on the probate process, insights from an attorney and a judge, and available resources. At the end of the forum, attendees will also be able to ask the panel questions.

Legal Matters was created to make legal information more easily accessible to the public. “These forums are one of the best ways to give our citizens more information on access to justice and insight into how the legal process works. I know probate is a critical topic that can be confusing or difficult to understand,” said Clerk Tiffany Moore Russell.
