Orange County Public Schools has introduced a mobile-friendly online enrollment platform that allows families to complete student registration without paper forms or office visits. The new enrollment platform allows parents and guardians to complete registration from a computer, tablet, or smartphone by submitting applications and uploading required documents electronically.

According to Orange County Public Schools, families can upload items such as birth certificates and proof of residency simply by taking photos with their mobile devices. The system also saves progress, allowing users to start an application and return later to finish it.

The online platform supports 10 languages, enabling families to complete the enrollment process in their preferred language.

Current OCPS families can access the new system through their Parent Portal or LaunchPad account by selecting Online Registration. The platform also allows parents to add a sibling or submit a school transfer request while tracking the status of their application online.

Families new to Orange County Public Schools can create an account through the district's online enrollment portal, add their child and complete the registration process without using paper forms.

District officials say the move is designed to simplify enrollment, reduce paperwork and make registration more convenient for families while helping students begin the school year with fewer administrative hurdles.

Families can begin the enrollment process immediately through the district's online enrollment portal.

Here's what this means for families:
  • Enroll from your phone or computer, anytime.
  • Upload documents like birth certificates and proof of residency by snapping a photo.
