School Bus Safety Week begins on Monday
Orange County Public Schools will recognize School Bus Safety Week during the week of October 17 – 21, 2016. This year’s theme is: Bully Free Zone. This is an opportunity for anti-bullying efforts, and to recognize the safe, efficient and reliable service provided each day for our students.
The theme for this year stresses the importance of having a harassment and bully free environment for students while waiting for the bus as well as the bus ride to and from school. This proclamation from Orange County Public Schools shows community support of other governmental and law enforcement agencies to promote school bus safety initiatives.
