UPDATING A DEVELOPING STORY
According to Lourdes Clayton, the DFC/Public Information Officer for the Orange County Sheriff:
Orange County Sheriff's Deputies responded this morning to 41 E 15th Street, Apopka to multiple reports of shots fired. When deputies arrived they discovered multiple spent casings on the roadway. A black male was seen running from the area and was stopped by deputies. It is unknown at this time if he was involved in the incident.
No injuries have been reported thus far. Detectives are still on scene investigating.
Deontrae Stephens
UPDATE- Detectives have arrested a person named DEONTRAE STEPHENS. Stephens was in transport to the Orange County Booking Receiving Facility.
