The event is designed to give voters a closer look at how each candidate would approach leading the city as mayor and chief executive officer.
Apopka Involved Voters, a local civic group, said the forum will focus on how candidates would manage the city’s operations and guide its future growth.
According to organizers, the forum will ask candidates to address how they would build a resilient, pro-business environment that supports sustained private-sector growth, balance competing public viewpoints when making policy decisions, and foster a city culture that emphasizes facilitation rather than regulation while maintaining an affordable and sustainable community.
The forum will be moderated by Dr. Hank Dunn and held before a live audience.
