Orange County Government has received over 2,300 responses since the 2023 Community Crime Survey relaunched in April 2023, as part of the Citizens Safety Task Force Initiative.
This is a reminder that residents have roughly 24 hours left to participate in the crime survey. It will close tomorrow — Friday, May 12, 2023, at 11:59 p.m.
The crime survey can be found at www.ocfl.net/SafetyTaskForce and is offered in English, Spanish and Creole. Mayor Jerry L. Demings encourages all residents to fill it out, so that Orange County residents’ voices are heard.
The survey was designed to gather information on ways to combat gun violence and violent crime in 2023. The results will help guide the task force as it looks to develop more solutions to meet the growing public safety needs of the community.
