Habitat for Humanity of Seminole County and Greater Apopka has announced the promotion of Brittany Duhrkoff to Marketing Manager. Her new role will include the management of social media, newsletters, website and collateral design.

A UCF graduate, Brittany’s non-profit career began in 2010 with an Internship with Invisible children. Returning to her home state of Florida in 2013, Brittany joined the team at Habitat for Humanity of Seminole-Apopka as an AmeriCorps National member and served as the Volunteer Coordinator for 2 years. After her second year, she was invited to become a full-time staff member overseeing the construction and ReStore volunteer programs, a Global Village trip to Nepal, Collegiate Challenge and Youth United.
“During the last several years, Brittany created a robust volunteer base.” says Penny Seater, executive director, Habitat for Humanity of Seminole County and Greater Apopka. “She added value to our affiliate in ways that clearly demonstrated her talents in marketing.”
Lindsay Riessen, the ReStore Volunteer Coordinator will expand her role with the organization by also managing the construction volunteers.
