When it comes to the streaming wars, which platform do you think is winning? In my humble opinion, it’s HBO Max and Apple TV+. Now, while Netflix and Hulu may have more content available, it’s not about quantity, but quality — and the quality of content that Apple TV+ has been dishing out is unbeatable and it's showing no signs of stopping.
Here are the top Apple TV+ shows and movies coming in May
- Shining Girls, April 29 (episodes will continue in May)
- Tehran season 2, May 6
- The Big Conn, May 6
- To Mom (and Dad), With Love, May 6
- The Essex Serpent, May 13
- Now and Then, May 20
- Prehistoric Planet, May 23
Apple TV+ has come a long way since it first launched. It hasn’t just given subscribers more to watch, but the stories are brilliant, unique, amazingly done, and feature a truly talented cast. Which series has been your favorite so far?
As you can see from our list, Shining Girls premieres on April 29, but it’s only releasing the first three episodes, the series will then release one episode a week over the month of May. If you enjoy true crime, you’ll want to watch The Big Conn, arriving on May 6. I’ll also be watching Tehran. Finally, at the top of our list is The Essex Serpent, which stars Claire Danes and Tom Hiddleston, two great actors. What from our list are you the most excited to watch?
