Apopka represents a community of growing businesses. Norelia Cleaning Services works their best to make your business look best.
A mobile maintenance operation, Norelia Cleaning Services is owned by Marc Norelia, a South Apopka resident. The inspiration for Norelia Cleaning Services derived from Norelia’s time as a student at Mid Florida Technical Institute.
“I was enrolled in business courses and at the time worked with a cleaning company. After excelling at high paces in that company, I knew I could do this myself”, Norelia said.
Norelia, 25, co-founded the company with his sister, Kaina, in 2013. His sister oversees the financial aspects of the business, while Norelia manages the day to day operations of securing contracts and commutations to places of business.

He admits the challenges lay in finding consistency. “Day in and day out you have to perform.” He said. “When you’re working with or have brought someone new onto the team, you have to motivate them to keep them going.”
At age twenty-two, Norelia’s company had two consistent contracts. Compared to the eighteen clients Norelia Cleaning Services services today, the young business owner remembers those early days. “Our first year in business, we made plenty of mistakes. Times were slow. However, we made progress when we learned how to handle contracts and communicate with clients properly.”
Norelia Cleaning Services works with companies in Clermont, Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Zellwood and Ocoee. Though “typical” is hardly the label assigned to any business anymore, a typical Monday schedule for Norelia Cleaning Services consists of an 11:30 AM client, followed by a 12:30 PM client, which culminates with two businesses and a clubhouse in Ocoee that’s serviced into the latter part of the afternoon.
Norelia is a serial entrepreneur who also owns All Grind Entertainment, a music and fashion brand. The advice this young entrepreneur offers to other young entrepreneurs is concise. “Stay on top of your priorities. It will make your life easier. When you’re organized and move ahead of schedule, you can best fix a problem when it arises.”
