"Valentine's Day is all about celebrating love, and what better way to show our community some love than by recognizing our friends and neighbors who give so much of themselves to make Apopka special," said Kate Giordano, co-owner of Eggs Up Grill Apopka with her husband, Geoff. "Whether it's a first responder who keeps us safe, a teacher who inspires students, a bus driver who greets kids with a smile every morning, a volunteer who dedicates countless hours to a local charity, or someone who quietly helps others without seeking recognition, we want to celebrate their selfless contributions."

Beginning today through February 28, community members can nominate their "Good Egg" heroes by visiting Eggs Up Grill Apopka's Instagram page @eugapopka or by emailing eugapopka@gmail.com. Nominators should include the nominee's name, email, and a brief description explaining how their work or volunteer efforts have positively impacted the community.

The chosen "Good Egg" recipients will receive a $50 gift card to Eggs Up Grill Apopka, recognition on the restaurant's social media channels, and the good feeling knowing their community sees and appreciates their dedication.

"We've seen first-hand how generous and caring the people of Apopka are," Giordano added. "This Valentine's season, we're excited to shine a spotlight on those who embody the spirit of love through service. They deserve to know how much they're valued."

The Good Egg initiative reflects Eggs Up Grill Apopka's ongoing commitment to supporting and celebrating the local community. Winners will be notified by email following the nomination period.

Don't let this Valentine's Day pass without showing appreciation for someone who makes a difference. Submit your nomination today and help spread the love throughout Apopka.
