The Apopka Development Review Committee will consider three sizable residential projects on Wednesday morning, including plans for more than 700 new homes and a multifamily community that could significantly contribute to the city's ongoing growth.
The committee is scheduled to meet at 9 am on June 3 in the Apopka City Hall Commission Chambers. The agenda includes a residential plat application and two major development plans, all of which are returning for staff review at various stages of the development process.

Leading the agenda is Chandler Row, formerly known as INB Homes, a proposed 240-lot residential subdivision at 4648 Chandler Road. The project is before the committee as a second submittal plat application. The applicant, Kimley-Horn and Associates, represents the property owner, MRP HNHB LLC.
The largest project on the agenda is Paulucci Acres Pod 1 A/B & 4, a proposed subdivision containing 502 single-family lots on property located along Vick Road and Ponkan Road. The development returns as a third-submittal major development plan and is being reviewed by city staff for compliance with development requirements before advancing further through the approval process.
The committee will also review the first submittal of The Ridge PD Phase 3, a proposed multi-family residential community on the southwest corner of Boy Scout Road and Ocoee-Apopka Road. The project is being submitted by Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc. on behalf of Apopka Centerline Development.
While the Development Review Committee does not grant final approval for these projects, its review process serves as an important checkpoint where city staff evaluate plans for compliance with Apopka's land development regulations, infrastructure requirements, and planning standards.
Collectively, the projects represent at least 742 proposed residential units, underscoring the continued pace of residential development throughout Apopka as city officials balance growth with infrastructure and service demands.
The meeting is open to the public and will begin at 9 am. Wednesday in the City Hall Commission Chambers.
