The request concerns outdoor storage and overnight parking. Carolina Textiles’ Brad Grossman is listed as the owner, while Beaufort Design Build’s Adam Biery is the applicant.
Two construction items round out the substantive agenda. The first is an initial construction-site-plan submittal for the Wyld Oaks Road C extension. The project, located along West Kelly Park Road between Effie Drive and State Road 429, calls for development of approximately 600 linear feet of access roads. Kevin Barry is listed as the owner, and Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc.’s Mackenzie Cerjan is the applicant.
The committee will also review an initial construction-site-plan amendment for the Ridgebrooke subdivision, also identified as Plymouth Harbor. The properties listed in the agenda include 1056 Bailey Hill Road and several addresses along Sorrento Avenue and Plymouth Sorrento Road. The proposed revision would adjust lot depth and add open space to the previously approved plan.
The agenda includes a general items-for-discussion section before adjournment. As a meeting preview, the agenda identifies the matters scheduled for review but does not establish how the committee will act on any application.
