The meeting begins at 9 am in the Apopka City Hall Commission Chambers and includes a public-comment period.

The largest project on the agenda is the Paulucci Acres major development plan. The proposal calls for 502 single-family lots in Pods 1A/B and 4 on property along Vick Road and West Ponkan Road.

Paulucci Acres LLC is listed as the owner, while 1828 Engineering LLC is the applicant. The plan is returning to the committee for its fifth submittal.

The committee will also review the fourth submittal of the Eden Crest Phase 2 plat. The proposed 115-lot subdivision involves properties along Johns Road and South Binion Road. Apopka Project I LLC owns the properties, and Appian Engineering LLC is the applicant.

Another residential proposal, the Everly-Ondich Road subdivision, calls for 67 single-family lots at 3100 Ondich Road. The construction site plan is on its third submittal. The listed owners are the Larry M. Everly Sr. Family Trust and Corrinne F. Everly Family Trust, with 1828 Engineering serving as the applicant.

A proposed telecommunications facility is also scheduled for review. The Wyld Oaks construction site plan calls for the installation of a 120-foot stealth wireless telecommunications facility at 4112 Sadler Road.

Kelly Park VB Development LLC is listed as the property owner, and Kimley-Horn and Associates is the applicant. The proposal is appearing before the committee for its second submittal.

The agenda also includes a first-submittal rezoning request involving three lots at 543, 544 and 552 Sir Arthur Court. Owner and applicant Michael Cooper is seeking to rezone the properties to the city’s RSF-1A zoning classification.

Two proposed special events will be reviewed.

The Apopka Police Department is seeking approval for Horsepower for Heroes, a car show scheduled from 9 am to noon November 11 at Kit Land Nelson Park.

The committee will also consider an Elton John tribute dinner show planned for 5 to 9 pm August 15 at the Apopka Community Center, 519 S. Central Ave. The event is described as a dinner and fundraiser involving the Apopka/Altamonte Springs VFW.
