DOH-Orange hosting free Back-to-School immunization events

The Florida Department of Health in Orange County (DOH-Orange) is encouraging parents and guardians to prepare their children now for the upcoming school year by attending a free back-to-school immunization event.   

Hosted in partnership with Orange County Public Schools (OCPS), the free immunization events are for OCPS students and children (4 to 18 years of age) entering, attending, or transferring to Florida schools.

 Know Before You Go: 

  • For ages 4 to 18 years of age only.
  • Bring the student’s current shot record.
  • Bring the child’s birth certificate, passport, or other government-issued ID.
  • Parent or guardian must bring a valid ID.
  • Child must be present for DH680 forms.
  • No college vaccines will be administered.

If you have private insurance or Medicaid, your healthcare provider can provide these services.
