Join us on October 3, 2024, as Mayor Nelson hosts a forum for local Homeowner Associations (HOAs) to learn more about recent legislative changes impacting HOAs. In addition to new legislative requirements, there will be a discussion regarding current HOA responsibilities such as storm water pond maintenance and other HOA financial obligations.
This event is open to all individuals living in Apopka area HOAs. HOA boards please share with your residents. Property Management Companies are also invited to attend.
In addition to the forum, the City is compiling HOA contact info in case of emergencies relating to City services. Having proper contact information will help us reach your residents faster in a time of crisis. Please fill out our City of Apopka Homeowners Association Registration List form online (one per HOA).
