On his Facebook page, Tucker made the following statement:

"Good Morning Apopka!
After much thought, prayer, and conversation, my family and I have made the decision to withdraw from the upcoming election for Apopka City Council Seat 3. Upcoming changes in my career, a healthy work/life balance, and a strong desire to pour into our local church at a greater rate all led to this decision.
We cannot begin to adequately thank everyone who has been in our corner from day one and offered their love, support, and encouragement. You all will never fully know and understand what that meant to us.
Apopka is a great city, but we are facing many challenges. Leadership is always rooted first in humility. I encourage all sitting and future leaders of our city to navigate their positions humbly, always putting the interests of their community first. Good luck to those running on March 19th, and I encourage all of Apopka to get out and vote and make your voice heard."

Tucker's withdrawal leaves Darryl Richardson and Nadia Anderson in a two-person race for Seat #3.

This is breaking news and will be updated as more details are learned in future editions of The Apopka Voice.
