Breaking News: Attempted Murder/Suicide in Plymouth

At 6:06 PM this evening, the Orange County Sheriff's Office responded to multiple gunshots heard by neighbors on Valeview Court in Plymouth. The victim, a black, female 49 years of age, was located in the driveway with injuries consistent with a gunshot wound. A black male 53 years of age was lying next to the victim with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound resulting in his death. The injured female was transported to a local hospital where she is currently in stable condition. Homicide and forensics units are currently investigating at the scene.
