The Apopka Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Jay Ruth Sheppard.
Ms. Sheppard is 72 years old, 5'7", and 230 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen on 5/9/23 after being discharged from Advent Health Apopka.
Ms. Sheppard is diagnosed with dementia, Alzheimer’s, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.
