Samantha Johnson had a great day on Saturday during the Singles competition at the US High School Bowling National Championships in South Florida.
She went into the US High School Bowling National Championships just wanting to make it through the first two cuts; however, with a little work she realized that she could make it further in the tournament.
She set her mind to it and made the top 8, then the top 4. Samantha then shot her high game of 278 to make it into the finals.
Sam bowled a game of 201 to 224 to finish as the runner up. First place went to Emma Owens from Owensboro, KY.
