The City of Apopka, in partnership with CareerSource Central Florida and the Apopka Area Chamber of Commerce, is proud to announce the return of the Apopka Youth Works Program for Summer 2025. This initiative is part of CareerSource Central Florida’s Summer Youth Program, which provides students aged 15 to 19 with hands-on work experience and valuable career training opportunities.

Designed to ignite the potential of young adults, the program equips local youth with practical job skills while helping them explore possible career paths. The best part for local businesses? Interns are paid through CareerSource Central Florida, so there is no financial cost to participating employers.

Program Details
The program offers two sessions in summer 2025:
- Session A: June 9 – July 6
- Session B: July 14 – August 8
