I'm looking forward to the holidays, even though things aren't the same as when our families were much bigger, with our family members passed away and gone. A lot different when you're older. If you're planning on cooking Thanksgiving, Save A Lot in Apopka has fresh turkeys for 29 cents a pound! That is, if you purchase 50 dollars worth of other food items, which doesn't take long, with the prices today! I have seen turkeys for 99 cents per pound, 1.69, 1.99, even over 3.00 per pound, so do the math. Multiply the poundage, and it is really worth mentioning! I'm not cooking this year, I usually do, but it is too much work for me for just two of us. I really want to go to the Black Angus Steakhouse this year.
