Apopka Health & Fitness Fest 

Vendor & Sponsor Information

All vendors are asked to donate a door prize and also provide giveaway items at their booth (pen, key ring, chip clip, magnet, product sample, etc.).

Fee: There is a $50 booth fee. We are asking vendors to provide their own tables and tents. The fee is waived for:

• Organizations providing a free health screening (Blood pressure checks, vision or hearing screening, cholesterol, blood sugar, bone density, balance screening, chair massage, etc...)
• Food Sponsors of $50 or more 
• Reusable Bag Sponsor (Limited to 5 Sponsors) (Will receive confirmation from staff if selected)

Please Note: Vendor spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Vendor set-up begins at 7:30 AM on the day of the event.
