Apopka faces many issues heading into the 2024 election cycle. What should be added to the City Charter? Should Apopka annex South Apopka? How should it manage growth? What should it do about the emerging issue of homelessness?

But on Tuesday night, four candidates will express their viewpoints on all issues Apopka. It's the first live debate between the Apopka City Commissioners.

In Seat #3, Nadia Anderson faces Darryl Richardson, while Seat #4 pits Eric Mock against incumbent Commissioner Nick Nesta.

The debate starts at 6 pm at the Apopka Community Center/VFW and is scheduled to conclude at 7:30 pm. The Apopka Area Chamber of Commerce sponsors it.

Admission is $25 for non-chamber members and $20 for members.

Last month, The Apopka Voice concluded its 2024 City Commission Digital Forum. Will the candidates maintain their responses in this debate?
