Locally Owned and Operated

As full-time, hands-on leaders in their restaurants and communities, Chick-fil-A local Owner-Operators proudly reside in the communities in which they serve.

Holland is responsible for all day-to-day activities of the business, including employing approximately 150 full- and part-time Team Members, serving Guests, and cultivating relationships with local organizations and businesses.

Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Holland’s nearly 30-year career with Chick-fil-A began during high school as a Team Member at Chick-fil-A Palm Beach Mall. In college, she transferred to Chick-fil-A Tuskawilla Road in Winter Springs in 1997, where she received several Remarkable Futures Scholarships. In 2003, she began supporting new restaurant openings in California and Arizona. Holland was then selected as the local Owner-Operator at Chick-fil-A Seminole Towne Center in Florida and served at nearby locations, Chick-fil-A Altamonte Springs and Chick-fil-A Maitland Boulevard. In 2022, she relocated to become the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Hunt Club, now Chick-fil-A Apopka.

Holland aims to honor the legacy of the previous local Owner-Operator, Britt Ratledge, whom she enjoyed working with and learning from earlier in her career. A dedicated plaque at Chick-fil-A Apopka recognizes his service to the local community and commitment to developing future leaders.

“As a local Owner-Operator, my greatest joy comes from the impact we can have on our Team Members and the local community,” said Holland. “The updated restaurant allows us to serve our community better and provides even more opportunities for leadership development for our Team Members. All of this would not have been possible without Britt Ratledge’s commitment to his community, and it is truly a privilege to honor his legacy through serving our Guests and continuing to partner with local community organizations.”

Local Investment

Chick-fil-A local Owner-Operators are committed to hiring, developing, and retaining top talent and providing a positive work environment for people of all ages and backgrounds. Team Members have opportunities for flexible work hours and leadership growth, competitive pay and benefits, hands-on training and mentoring, and the chance to apply for scholarships to support their continuing education.

Holland’s restaurant participates in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table program, an initiative that redirects surplus food from the restaurant to local soup kitchens, shelters, food banks, and nonprofits in need. Chick-fil-A Apopka donates its surplus food to local organizations each week to feed those in need in Apopka. More than 23 million meals have been created from Chick-fil-A Shared Table donations from nearly 2,000 Chick-fil-A restaurants throughout the U.S. and Canada.
