Habitat for Humanity welcomes William A. Finfrock as Chairman of the Board
Habitat for Humanity of Seminole County and Greater Apopka is pleased to welcome William A. Finfrock, President of FINFROCK as Chairman of the Board. Bill has served on the Board of Directors since March 2013, participating on our finance committee and as treasurer. FINFROCK has contributed $650,500.00 and has assisted in building 10 houses. Bill succeeds Rich Tracy of Capital Development as board chair.

FINFROCK, based in Apopka, Florida is a vertically integrated, single source design-build firm that allows owners to buy a building as a product rather than a series of services. For over 70 years, the independently-owned company founded by Bill’s grandfather has earned a solid reputation for delivering innovative solutions for over 200 design-build parking projects as well as finished building projects for the hotel, multifamily and student housing markets. Bill plays a significant role in FINFROCK’s growth including the development of the innovative DualDeckTM Building System that the company recently introduced to the market, a building system ideally suited for multi-story buildings. He is responsible for a multitude of various business activities from executive oversight to real estate development. A licensed professional engineer and certified general contractor, Bill is a civil engineering graduate of Vanderbilt University and received his MBA from The Crummer Graduate School of Business in 1997. Bill is a third generation Central Floridian and currently resides in Winter Park with his wife and two children.
