This Apopka business owner and operator, Chef Michele grew up with a passion for cooking and making people happy with her food, something she learned from her mother, Rosalie. Chef Michele started her career honing her skills with a small catering company that she operated, while raising her four children. As her children grew, she felt she needed credibility in her chosen career, so she enrolled in culinary school, and attended Valencia Community College.
Chef Michele grew her resume while working at Edibles Catering in Altamonte Springs for Chef David Nina CEC, CCE, AAC, Wholefoods, Highland Manor under James Beard award winning Chef John Mooney, and Errol Estate Golf and Country Club. Currently, she is manning the kitchen at a local country club where she has transformed the menu to fresher from-scratch cooking.
A MOVEABLE FEAST currently delivers to Apopka, Altamonte Springs, Longwood and Maitland.
