Given the no-meat component, many restaurants and businesses offer diners and shoppers seafood specials during Lent, as well as special menu items. Walmart: Stock up on frozen fish and fixings, such as fries, chips, and dressings by ordering from Walmart grocery. Your order will be loaded into your car for free, and new users get $10 off. Walmart also has a page on its site for Lent shoppers that includes seafood and vegetarian options.

Wendy’s: For seafood season, enjoy the North Pacific Cod Sandwich at participating locations.

Whole Foods: If you have Amazon Prime, you are eligible for weekly deals from Whole Foods. Currently, the weekly deals lineup includes responsibly farmed uncooked shrimp.
