Regarding the city increasing our utility rates for water, reuse water, sewer, and also going up on garbage.....look at your water bill , at the bottom, right side, under city news and notes...it states"City of Apopka does not apply a 25% surcharge to any customer".... really, that raises eyebrows, and is highly suspicious to me, since they are indicating going up 25% on the rates. It should read, "City of Apopka DOES APPLY A 25% SURCHARGE TO CUSTOMERS"! Call it a surcharge, an increase, or a tax, it is all the same, to our wallets.
