It is crucial to acknowledge that those with opposing views may choose not to comment, leading to a lack of response in favor of public comments at the end.

Despite the shift of public comments to the end of council meetings, it remains important to recognize that individuals still have a voice. The timing of when you can speak was changed. It has not removed. Freedom of speech has not been violated.
