Community Facilities Direct Loans and Grants – Department of Agriculture
Recipient: Town of Eatonville
Award: $53,500
Description: This Rural Development investment will be used to purchase police vehicles and related equipment. The town of Eatonville has several vehicles that have exceeded their useful life and are no longer dependable. These new vehicles will provide reliable services to all residents of the town.
Low or No Emission Grant Program – Department of Transportation
Recipient: LYNX
Award: $1,961,233
Description: The Low or No Emission Program (Low-No) provides funding to state and local governmental authorities for the purchase or lease of zero-emission and low-emission transit buses, including acquisition, construction, and leasing of required supporting facilities such as recharging, refueling, and maintenance facilities.
Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership Grants – Department of Health and Human Services
Recipient: Community Coordinated Care for Children, Inc.
Award: $4,232,914
Description: Through this announcement, the Administration for Children and Families grants are awarded to public or private non-profit organizations, including community-based and faith-based organizations, or for-profit organizations that seek to provide a high-quality, comprehensive birth-to-five program incorporating both Head Start and Early Head Start funding, or to provide for Head Start only or Early Head Start only, to children and families residing in Osceola, Seminole, and Orange Counties, Florida.
Head Start Projects – Department of Health and Human Services
Recipient: Community Coordinated Care for Children, Inc.
Award: $7,927,674
Description: Head Start programs support children’s growth and development in a positive learning environment through a variety of services, which include Early learning, Health, and Family well-being components. Head Start programming is responsive to the ethnic, cultural, and linguistic heritage of each child and family. More than 80 percent of children served by Head Start programs are 3- and 4-year-olds.

Alzheimer's Disease Programs Initiative – Department of Health and Human Services

Description: Cooperative agreements under this funding opportunity announcement (FOA), Alzheimer’s Disease Program Initiative (ADPI), are dedicated to the development and expansion of dementia-capable home and community-based service (HCBS) systems in States and Communities. There are two application options contained in this FOA, one for States (Option A) and the other for Communities (Option B). No entity would be eligible to apply for both State and Community options. The systems resulting from program activities under both program options will provide quality, person-centered services that help individuals remain independent and safe in their communities.

Humanities Media Projects – National Endowment for the Humanities

Description: This program supports the collaboration of media producers and scholars to develop humanities content and to prepare documentary film, television, radio, and podcast projects that engage public audiences with humanities ideas in creative and appealing ways. Night Vision Technologies – Department of Defense

Description: As "The Army's Sensor Developer," Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate (NVESD) researches and develops cutting edge technology, with the goal of exceeding U.S. Soldier requirements, and allowing an asymmetrical advantage in changing battlefield environments. Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction: First Responder Vaccine Initiative (FRVI) Pilot – Department of Homeland Security

Description: DHS is executing a First Responder Vaccine Initiative (FRVI) Pilot that has as a primary objective the establishment of a mechanism to offer pre-event vaccinations to emergency response providers through a voluntary vaccination pilot program. This is being accomplished in operational partnership or coordination with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) Office of the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS). The FRVI Pilot will work with selected State and Local jurisdictions with emergency response providers who have been assessed as high risk for exposure to aerosolized anthrax spores during the course of their assigned duties.

National Survey of Internet- and Technology-Facilitated Child Exploitation – Department of Justice

Description: This project will support a national study of internet- and technology-facilitated child sexual exploitation, including the development, testing, and administration of a national data collection from law enforcement agencies to produce accurate and reliable national estimates of, information about, arrests for internet- and technology-facilitated child sexual exploitation crimes. This study will allow for the identification of new threats, problems and concerns encountered by law enforcement in the changing technological environment; improved tracking and monitoring of new and abating threats; and a better understanding of which investigative strategies are associated with more favorable outcomes in protecting children from online victimization. This effort directly supports the U.S. Department of Justice priorities of reducing crime and combatting victimization.

Supportive Housing for the Elderly Program – Department of Housing and Urban Development
Award Ceiling: $5,000,000

Description: HUD is providing Capital Advance funding and project rental subsidies for the development and ongoing operation of supportive rental housing for very low-income persons, aged 62 years or older. This funding, leveraged with other financing sources, will expand affordable housing opportunities that are physically designed and that have a robust set of services that will allow seniors to live independently and age in community.

Terrorism Prevention and Counterterrorism Research Center of Excellence – Department of Homeland Security
Award Ceiling: $3,650,000

Description: The DHS S&T Office of University Programs (OUP) is requesting applications from accredited U.S. colleges and universities to lead a consortium of universities for a TPCR COE. OUP is also posting a separate NOFO for eligible applicants to submit single project proposals for consideration as a partner to this COE.
