Free stuff for Voters

Posted

From the Presidency to School Board the country is divided. We may not be able to agree on whom to vote for, but everyone will agree that free stuff is good for America.

Here’s a list of where you can find discounted and complimentary items today:

  • Tijuana Flats - “Guac the Vote” at Tijuana Flats by showing your “I Voted” sticker. You’ll get to choose a free small side: queso, guacamole or salsa. The chain will keep a tally on Facebook of which side is winning — in the chips-and-dip election, that is.
  • Krispy Kreme - The doughnut dealer is giving free doughnuts at participating locations to anyone who shows their “I Voted” sticker.
  • Uber - First time riders can use the code “VOTE TODAY” to get $20 off their first ride. The ride-sharing company will also help users find their polling place.
  • Lyft - Is offering customers in certain cities 45% off rides to their polling place—though they’ll have to pay full price for the return trip.
  • 7-Eleven - Use the mobile app to redeem a free coffee at participating locations.
  • Bob Evans - The restaurant chain is offering a coupon that gets you 30% off your entire order.
  • Gold’s Gym - Show your “I Voted” sticker to get free access to the gym on Election Day.
  • Noodles and Company - If you can’t choose a presidential candidate, you can at least vote for your favorite mac and cheese on Noodles and Company’s website. Instead of an “I Voted” sticker, you’ll get a “Buy One, Get One” coupon.
  • World of Beer - Get your first beer for just $1.
  • Chuck E. Cheese - The family restaurant will be giving out free personal pepperoni pizzas with the purchase of any other pizza. Just tell them you voted, or use coupon code #5253.
  • Hot Dog on a Stick - The hot dog chain is currently running a Facebook poll that asks, “What turkey are you voting for?” Choose your candidate to receive a coupon for a free turkey dog.
  • Firehouse Subs - Get a medium drink for free by showing your “I Voted” sticker.
  • Marco’s Pizza - Go on their website on Election Day to cast your vote for Marco’s and receive a voucher for a free pizza.
  • BurgerFi - An “I Voted” sticker will get you a $5 Conflicted Burger at participating locations. The menu item generally costs about $8 or $9.
