Who is the best returning quarterback in Orange County high school football? Certainly, Apopka's Tyson Davison and Wekiva's Tyray Davis should be in the conversation. And if you think Davison or Davis will be the best in 2023, you can make your opinion count.
The high school sports website ScorebookLive.com is conducting an online poll to decide, and both Davison and Davis are on the list.
The voting runs through August 1st, and you can vote as many times as you wish.

We looked at scores of public and private schools throughout Orange County to form a list of who we think are the top returning quarterbacks for the 2023 season. Vote for your favorite player in our poll. Voting will close on Aug. 1, just in time before practice kicks off for the 2023 season.
Editor’s Note: Our corresponding poll is intended to be fun, and we do not limit how many times a fan can vote during the competition. This poll is specifically for fans to vote on the players that have been nominated and in no way discredits any other player that may not be mentioned in our poll.
Tyray Davis, Wekiva: An outstanding dual-threat quarterback and rising senior, he passed for 1,410 yards and seven TDs with two interceptions and ran for 482 yards and six scores. His efforts led the Mustangs to a 5-6 record and the Class 3M state playoffs last year. Among the victories was a stunning upset of crosstown rival Apopka.
Tyson Davison, Apopka: One of the best underclassmen in Florida, the rising sophomore had a memorable freshman season for the Blue Darters, who finished 11-4 and as Class 4M state runner-up. He passed for 580 yards and five TDs and rushed for 459 yards and two scores.
Good luck to you, Tyray, and Tyson. We look forward to seeing who wins in the poll, but more importantly, on the field in 2023.
