After peaking in late December at 22 reported burglaries in one week, Vehicle Burglaries have declined dramatically during the past two week as indicated by the graph below: 
As previously reported (LOCK IT OR LOSE IT), most vehicle burglaries are "crimes of opportunity" - the opportunity presented when the car doors are left unlocked.
The APD still needs your help. Lock your car doors. Please.
