Seminole County Sheriff investigating armed burglary
The Seminole County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public’s help in identifying two suspects who burglarized a home in the 2000 block of Springs Landing Blvd., in unincorporated Longwood yesterday.
At approximately 1:20 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the home after receiving a report of a possible burglary in progress. The homeowner advised that he was not currently at home, but was watching video of the incident via a remote device.
Review of the video showed two males armed with a handgun enter the home by kicking in the front door. The suspects took jewelry items and fled the scene in a silver passenger vehicle.
