The Seminole County Sheriff's Office (SCSO), has announced their participation in the 33rd National Night Out (NNO).
This annual event is designed to strengthen community and law enforcement partnerships and involve citizens across the country in crime prevention efforts. On the evening of Tuesday, October 4th, SCSO asks citizen to turn their porch lights on in support of NNO, and join community celebrations taking place in their neighborhoods and throughout the county.
SCSO has scheduled three events this year. Citizens are asked to come to the Apopka Chik-fil-A from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM and visit with crime prevention deputies and other SCSO personnel.
Apopka Chik-fil-A (3050 E. Semoran Blvd.,Apopka) - Deputies, K-9 Amber, and the Chik-fil-A Cow will be welcoming residents.
Children will also get the opportunity to "Paint a Patrol Car" and play inside a "Frozen" themed bounce house.
