Orange County imposes curfew

33-hour curfew begins at 10pm

Orange County Mayor Teresa Jacobs gave a 6:30 p.m. update at the Orange County Emergency Operations Center about Hurricane Matthew and what residents need to do prepare.

With Hurricane Matthew approaching and packing 140 mph winds, Jacobs announced a county-wide curfew that will be initiated at 10 p.m. tonight and will last until 7 a.m. Saturday.
