District closing parts of Lake Apopka North Shore

Posted

The St. Johns River Water Management District will be conducting maintenance at the Lake Apopka North Shore property beginning Feb. 20. During this time, the McDonald Canal Boat Ramp, the Shad Boat Ramp, and the North Shore Trailhead will be inaccessible.

While the work is expected to be completed by Friday, Feb. 24, any construction delays may prohibit us from opening the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive.
