The Orlando Chapter Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club is a 501(3) organization who ride motorcycles as a sport and to pay homage to the 9th and 10th Cavalry Buffalo Soldiers. The Buffalo Soldiers were commissioned in 1866 by the Congress of the United States of America to help settle the West and protect the settlers. The term Buffalo Soldiers was coined by Native Americans, because of their fierce fighting style and their woolly hair which reminded them of the great buffalo.
