Apopka Burglary Report: Week Ending - 7/3/2017
The Apopka Burglary Report for the week 6/27/2017 - 7/3/2017 shows 19 burglaries reported in the City of Apopka.
Two burglaries were reported at residences at Oshea Court and Piedmont Wekiva Road.
13 vehicle burglaries were reported on East 1st Street (two), West 13th Street, South Orange Blossom Trail, East Semoran Boulevard, Woodstone Drive, Sunset Palm Drive, Pickard Circle (two), Edisto Place, Pine Forest Place, Ocoee Apopka Road, and Shannon Lane.
Four burglaries were reported at businesses on Panical Drive, Clarcona Road, Semoran Boulevard and West Orange Blossom Trail.
Apopka Chief of Police Michael McKinley tells us that many vehicle burglaries could have been prevented if everyone remembers to do just two things:
- Remove all valuables from your vehicle
- Lock your car doors
