Maylinna, or Mr Apopka Mole, I kept up with the Clear Lake subdivision flooding problems. Our own city attorney at the time, Michael Rodriguez, advised that those subdivisions out there are private, not public, and therefore, the city is not responsible for the flooding issues there, and that the city had NO RESPONSIBILITY to do anything. So as usual, you find fault for Mayor Nelson even taking a breath and exhaling.
