Mayor, Bryan, Nelson city of Apopka almost had the residents of clear Lake Estates duped. He wanted to pump the water from clear lake onto the residents properties without first being filtered per DEP regulations when DEP told Nelson that the water must be filtered prior to dissemination into these residents yards he verbally Was upset at the city Council meeting and indicated “the DEP poured cold water“ on this project mayor, Brian Nelson, city of Apopka does not follow rules and regulations even if it means death or serious illness.
